This article covers some often forgotten territory around emails. Too often, we assume becuase we're working at a laptop or desktop computer that our customers are too. This article makes the assumption quote the opposite - assume they are on mobile.
Makes sense when you consider where you read most of your emails - when you're walking, in the elevator, while you're eating, when you're "talking" to your spouse (ha!) and even when you're on the john. :)
